How to Orally Administer 4CYTE Epiitalis Forte Gel, with Jess Martin.

If there’s one thing all the broken 4CYTE Epiitalis Forte syringes out there tell us, this product is too tasty for its own good!

Replacing them free-of-charge is easy – just contact your vet. But, when administered correctly, your horse shouldn’t be able to crunch or run away with the syringe.

Check out this video from the wonderful Jess Martin on correct dosing technique – it’s just like worming! Insert the tip at an angle into the corner of your horse’s mouth, where there’s no teeth.

Depress the plunger all the way in as you wiggle the syringe around the horse’s mouth, spreading the dose of gel across the back of his tongue. Make sure you don’t just deposit a single lump, which he can easily spit out.

If you add your 4CYTE directly to your horse’s feed, that’s fine too! It’s a quick treatment option it is when you have lots of horses to get around to.
